In Balance Pilates Studio is a fully equipped studio, including the Cadillac, reformers, chair, ladder barrel, pilates arc, spine correctors, theraballs, and small equipment.
About the Pilates method
Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body.
